pre-climate will not start

Today, I wanted to activate the pre-climating via Ford App. Instead of starting, the mach-e Gt informed all neighbours with 3 times honking, that again the owner has trouble with this electronic crazy horse

Is trunk open? For me the car also does the honk and ignoring command if trunk is open. Additionally it is also those 1 out of 4 times it just ignore the command from the app even if it visually in app shows preheating going on.

It will not remote start if there is a wrench displayed on the dash, frunk is open, ...

Frunc was not open. I startet preheating once, it worked. but I was too late and 2 hours later I had again to activate the preheating. instead came honk
