I think you are not alone. Same experience here. They repaired the APIM with a Firmware update and now I wait for my first OTA-Update. Been told that takes up to 30 days...

I got one update 3.5.2 in september and then nothing else. That was about the time that my wifi hotspot trial ended. I renewed and now I got 4 updates in the last week...

I got that update last night and today I forced this download that showed up in my queue. I think OTA is finally in full swing.

If I did nothing, it would have automatically install at 1:59 AM, however, I forced this one during the day since I did not need to drive the car after I got home today and it was done in <15 mins.
