Problem with charging

Well, my charge window is 9 hours and I was adding less than 10% so that's not a reason to start immediately. The worst part is that after I stopped it via the app, it didn't start charging during my charge window.

Your problem sounds very similar to mine. My car was perfect until the middle of May this year when it started to exhibit the problem of ignoring the preferred charge window as well as some other unusual behaviours, i.e. stopping charging shortly after starting, starting charging again whenever I approached the car with the key and then stopping again at random times. In any event after many emails to my local dealer detailing the various issues over a number of months the car was booked in and as I had suspected the problem was software which was quickly diagnosed and fixed as per my previous post. You might try your local dealer and have them run the appropriate diagnostics to find a fix the problem.
