I made a reservation for a MME (on the Ford website) back on 5/12/2021 and I've been trying to cancel my reservation since 07/16/2021. The status of the reservation showed that the vehicle had not been scheduled for production when I first contacted the dealer (Ford of Boerne) about this. I've been calling them, nearly daily, to both get confirmation that the reservation has been canceled and to check on the refund of reservation fee. The sales people are nice-enough, it's just that they haven't been able to start the refund process in over a week and ford.com now shows the vehicle is scheduled for production. I call them, daily, about this and they never call me back, though they say they will. It's been very frustrating.
