Sorry, my question wasn’t clear - what model year vehicle are you doing this on? Also, I’m not familiar with an “envelope icon” on the sync screen. Where is this icon located?

Ah. Got it. We’re talking about the profile picture for the in-vehicle sync system. Upper right corner of the sync screen in your Mustang Mach E.
