We have two keys and two drivers in my house AND I have my phone set up as a key as well. Lately, I will get into the car to drive it my key fob and my phone and the profile will be set to my wife which means I get her XM radio pre-sets and sometimes her seat settings. Anyone else have this issue? Any clue how I fix it? I am able to go to the profile page and select my profile and it will keep it that way...but why isn't it happening automatically as it should?

I don’t have a true solution, but here’s a tip to make things a bit easier until you get it sorted out:
If you have seat positions assigned to your profile, you can get your profile activated by pressing the button on the door that corresponds to your profileā€˜s seat setting. It’s simpler than using the menu.

True. A quick punch of that profile button is probably the easiest option.

I had this problem, but then found that my profile was linked to my key fob but not to my phone. After I linked my phone to my profile, the problem seems to have gone away. It's like when the car saw my phone key first (before the fob), and it didn't know which profile was associated with the phone, it would just choose randomly.

Maybe I'll try un-pairing and re-pairing my phone to see if it fixes it.

I've started to have a similar issue. I have three presets for seats and profile. Lately when I get in the car, with my fob and PAAK, the seat is in the #2 position, instead of my seat setting #1. I've unpaired all key fobs and PAAK from all profiles. Then I added back my fob and PAAK to my profile and seat setting.

Most of the time when I reenter the car, even after I'm the only one that drove it previously, the seat goes back to setting #2. My profile is shown on the screen, so it does not seem to be confused about which profile should be active.

Sure, it's easy enough to press #1 again, but this has been going on for a few months now and it's pretty annoying.

I have delinked the fobs and PAAK from all three profiles and only added back my fob and PAAK, linked to #1 seat position.

Any other possible fixes?
