Prompt volume fail.

Driving with Pandora playing and nav running. I "X"ed out the nav. on the screen.

Now any time I adjust the volume I get no change in volume from Pandora, and with nav no longer running, it doesn't need to change - BUT the "Prompt volume" tag appears for a second or two next to the volume indicator... up or down the scale the volume didn't change.

This is the only time I had this chain of events so I don't know if it's programming or a one-time error.

Anyone else loose control over volume?

Happened to me shortly after the 1.7.1 update. Corrected itself about 5 min into my drive.

Reboot the Synch system which will "fix" it. Same issue happened with my Synch3 system in my F150. You would think Ford would fix these issues but apparently they don't care.

I’m still on 1.6 and it just started happening to me a week ago and has happened 3x. I did discover that if I use the phone to call someone that it fixes itself and gives me control of phone volume and radio volume.
