I got a couple ramps to make it easier to get under the car and change the motor oil and filter (you have to get under the car to reach the oil filter), and thought I would share the ones I am using.

First off, I hate going under cars. I have this massive phobia about the car falling on me. So those lightweight Rhino plastic ones were out. I read too many reviews about them collapsing.

I decided to go with these metal ones that can be unfolded for getting stuff up in the truck bed or trailer as well.

I put the ramps at the tires and could tell the clearance is very, very small. Too small for my comfort. Also I wanted to put the ramps on rubber mats to keep them from sliding, which basically eliminates all of the clearance. So I used a piece of baseboard moulding that is around 1/2" thick to improve the clearance.

I went on and off the ramps without scaping. I really like the length of the flat surface because I am very worried about overshooting the end of the ramps. Luckily that didn't happen and I was able to change the oil and filter easily!

These look pretty neat but I wouldn’t worry much about using the plastic ones. As long as you don’t abuse them or slam into the lip too many times they will hold up just fine. My set has no issues holding up my 4runner but I also use jack stands as a safety net anytime I’m under a car.
On the other hand, those steel harbor freight ramps look sketchy as hell lol

Even with these I used wheel chucks behind the rear wheels and jack stands on each side. I am just a little more paranoid than the average ramp user...

I know it's been a while, but I understand the struggle if you’re looking for ramps to work under your GT. It’s like finding the right tool for the job! I’ve used a few different ramps, and the ones that give you an excellent height without wobbling are the best. Safety is critical. I found some fantastic options at ramps nz that do the trick. They’re sturdy and make it easy to slide under without any worries. Plus, they save your back from all that bending over. Just check the weight rating, especially for heavier cars like the GT. It’s worth investing in something solid so you can work confidently.
Those look like very nice ramps. If I needed to get under my car regularly, I might consider spending $900+ USD, or look at the lift options like what @markboris has in his garage.

Over the past year, I think I only replaced the front sway bar, and ramps would not have worked to do that. I had to lift the car. Rotating the tires requires lifting also. In fact, I think I used those ramps in the OP once with my MME. All the other times I have needed to lift it because the wheels needed to be off the ground.

I should sell those ramps or donate them. They are just taking up space now. LOL.

I have never been a ramp guy. I have some and have used them in the past but since I do a lot of wheel pulling ramps just don’t work for me. They’re great for oil and coolant changes though. ??

Pretty sure that account is just spam. Their only links are to semi-relevant, REALLY random products. Like look at where the link is actually pointing in this thread - ramps for containers? And shelters? What? And the other post they have is pointing to some Ryobi horn.
