So guys..

If you can give me a hand here i'm stuck stranded. I was charging earlier and everything was good. I plugged in and everything started charging correctly until my buddy decided it'll be fun to unplug it. I scolded him and then plugged it right back in. When I did that it went immediately to charge fault and then whenever i plugged back in, it would go red rings and not let me charge. After a few hours of leaving it, I came back out, plugged it back in and everything seemed good. Later when I was getting ready to leave, i went to go turn it on and turn the heat on and all i got was Stop Safely.. no dial change, full accessory mode, can't go anywhere.

Tried jumping the 12v battery, tried doing a reset. Stuck.

What do i do??

Did you take the positive terminal off for 10 minutes. I think that the last thing to try before getting the dealership involved.

I did not try that. Have people had success with that? Does FoMoCo really read things on here?

Unplugging the car shouldn't have hurt anything, assuming this was not on a DC fast charger.

@Ford Motor Company isn't going to be able to do anything today.

Don't understand your battery comment. It's under the frunk, you have to undo part of the frunk to get to it.

I was level 2 charging when it happened. The only other thing i've changed was that i'm using departure times now that its getting cold in the midwest. I'm trying to pull the positive terminal off to reset the modules but i'm having difficulty finding where it all goes.

Where it all goes?

Battery is under the frunk. Lift up / remove the frunk liner, disconnect the positive terminal.

Got it. Everything reset no dice. I left it for another hour before I called the tow to get it to a dealership. After doing the reset it wouldnt even have enough power to open the doors or anything. I had to use the front panel on the bumper to get it enough charge to open the doors. It really sounds like something shot that 12v battery or it was draining and now is dead?

Does TSB 21-2091 apply here? or is the new one 21P22 going to be the fix?

THanks

The front panel is only to pop the hood, it doesn’t have the ability to charge the battery or power anything else.
Do you have a battery charger? How did you jump the battery, you seem to have trouble finding the battery in another post.
