About a week ago my PAAK disappeared from Ford Pass App and I was like no big deal I’ll use the back up start code. I get in the car and the prompt to enter the code never appeared. I was literally stranded and Ford wanted me to cover the cost to get a lock smith to appropriately to program a key or tow the car home where the key fob was.
Additionally I’m still waiting to get my charging bundle and access to Electrify America throw the blue oval Network after over a month of ownership. Apparently the dealer activated it for another potential buyer but then canceled the service.
I have a case number and have been told for three weeks straight that your case agent will contact you soon.
On top of all of this, my charging schedule doesn’t work even though it has my address listed as the current location and my Bluetooth keeps disconnecting, and backup start code deleting.
I love the car but Ford clearly had some customer service and software issues they need to address.
