Rear hatch won’t open

My rear hatch will only open if I manually lift it up and manually pull it down. Tried the key fob and pushed the on car button to no avail. Is there a circuit breaker somewhere? Hate to make an appointment with the dealer if there is a simple fix.

Have you check your settings if it is ON?

I thought I did but I will go look right now.

Yes, I disabled the power lift gate enable switch. I think I was thinking that had something to do with the sweeping with the foot which I don’t have. Thank you for your help, I would have felt stupid visiting the dealer.
