I have a 23 Premium and can’t find a way to open the rear hatch from inside the car, that is not using the key fob.
Any help

If you go into the menu to change drive modes, there should be an icon near the top right to open the trunk. Unfortunately, there's no dedicated physical button to open the trunk.

I’ll take a look thanks. I do know Ford has changed screens a few times so I’m crossing my fingers.

If you're at all adventurous and handy, you might check out this thread about how to install an interior switch: https://www.macheforum.com/site/threads/adding-an-inside-liftgate-power-switch.6560/

I did it several months ago, and I use it constantly! The later posts in the thread, starting on page 4, talk about how to buy a headlight switch from a Bronco so you can have an OEM look to your physical switch, but I just put a momentary switch/button on the center console just like the original post. I really hated having to do multiple clicks on the screen to do it, especially when the screen shuts off after you stop the car and open the door.

The only thing that took one failure for me to get used to is that the car needs to be unlocked (and in Park) for the switch to work. Since the car locks itself, you can't just turn off the car and then hit the switch, you either need to hit the door unlock button, or open the door. But I use it all the time when I get out of the car. Just turn off the car, open the door to get out, and hit the switch on my way out, so the liftgate is open by the time I get to the back of the car!

I ran a wire to the basically non-functioning self park switch in the center console. Result is the same and didn't have to buy anything. Having a dedicated hatch release button is a beautiful thing, and an oversight on Ford's part for not having done it in the first place.

FordPass app on the phone under controls
Since the new version of the phone app arrived, NONE of those controls work on my app.. When I press "Controls" on the main screen, all I ever get is the word "Connecting" and if I press any of the four buttons, I always get a "Failed" message. They all worked well in the original Fordpass but not at all since the app updated.

I had to set up paak again recently and it fixed a similar problem.
Take your fob and phone into the car and start it then open Fordpass and select vehicle-phone as a key and delete your phone, then follow instructions to reset it.
