I didn't know that. Are the 23's using the same part that 21's and 22's were built with, or are they using some intermediate revision?

(I guess it's also possible that different 23's are using different parts depending on their build date.)
The 21s and the first half of 22's were built with parts A and C. Starting the 2nd half of 22, they switched to the B and D boxes and continued using those for 23s. That is why the recall is only for 22's made before a certain date.

The original revised HVBJB for the GT and 4X, B and D boxes respectively, have never been able to hold up. It’s ridiculous that owners have to just sit around waiting for their cars to die and strand them.

Do 2023.5 get the latest version of the boxes?
I don't think any 23s got the new ones, just the B and D parts. I also don't think we've had confirmation the 24s got the new ones, but I think thats likely a safe bet?

I surprised that there's no way to see the exact part numbers used in a specific car given the VIN number.

A question for the all-knowing board.

I know I've seen some issues owners have run into with the HVBJB replacement. I just dropped my Premium ER off for the HVBJB recall replacement, and want to make sure I remind my service tech of anything they need to confirm or check during this replacement.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
