That's what I figured, but there is nowhere to login with this code I was provided. I was able to login to ford.com without 2FA. Very odd.

No, you have to initiate the code being sent.

Yes, I’ve been getting them multiple times a day. Usually in the middle of the night. I did call Ford and no joy with customer support. I also changed passwords for both email and Ford on the off chance this is a hacking issue.
My guess is that there’s a glitch in Ford’s 2FA software.

Well, if somebody is trying to hack into your account, you just posted the authentication code on the Internet for them to complete the process.

It could be an app like the widget or a Home Assistant addon or something trying to connect. I get them when my financial software tries to log in to pull my payment history, for instance. If you didn't initiate the login attempt, then just delete the email.
