Is there a consensus as to the best adapter in order to use Tesla Fast Chsrging stations?

Not a chance!

But, I do think it's safe to say that everyone would vouch for the Ford, A2Z, and the Lectron are all good adapters

Hey, everybody. I bought the adapter.
I have a question, don't want to create a new topic.
On the map in the tesla app I don't see all the superchargers stations.
Can't I use them? Or are they just hidden and I can use them somehow?

Only V3/V4 stations are compatible with the adapter. The Tesla app automatically filters out the stations that won’t work with the adapter.
