If you "Turn on" the car but don't move, say whilst waiting for your passenger to return to the car, the clock will keep ticking.

Ya I get its a clock from start to finish. But this is San Diego during rush hour, it takes me 30 minutes to drive 13 miles :D . The other 10 minutes I'm sure was from me starting the car to condition it. I was at my kid's school, well right outside of it. I had gotten the SCHOOL ZONE alarm and happened to look over and noticed my mileage on the trip. 42.7 miles, I just looked it up, its a 13 mile drive lol

Oddly enough I had another issue with the car over night. If I remember right, it was "charging" but showed no miles added and no kwh added on the app. I had taken a picture of the dash cause it did in fact add range to the battery to show the dealer. I was at 240 miles with 73% left, when I got home I took another picture after the odd trip miles, 214 miles at 67%. Difference of 26 miles, so 13 miles there, and then 13 back. I don't even remember what the trip meter said once I got home.

So I guess its good that the odometer is reporting the right mileage  Glad I had the picture of before I left, cause at first I was worried the odometer was going to be bugging out too.
