Red light when charging

I have the same red light issue. I can tell you it’s NOT the charger. I have 2 Mach E and only one has the issue. I use the same charger for both.

Sounds like you've already done your charger troubleshooting. Take it to the dealer.

I would also see if DCFC works for you as it could be the SOBDM (on board charger) that's having issues.
