Hi All,
Have kind of a weird issue. My wife's car is an Infinite Blue Select purchased back in July of '21. I've been trying to set up a remote profile for her, but I can not get it to come up on her Ford Account or App. Not on a browser, or in the Fordpass app. Here's the weird part, on my account, and app, I have the "complete remote setup" button, and have pushed my profile successfully to the car. Any idea why it won't show up on her stuff? We also have a CA RT 1 on it's way to be my car, which I've already added to my app (but not activated), could that be why I have it and she doesn't?
