I typically have my air-conditioning on around 72 degrees.

However, being in Georgia, it gets a tad bit warm :ROFLMAO: .
With that, I often remote start the car, to help with cooling prior to getting into it.

My question is, is there a way to remote start, but have the air-condition on around 68 or lower? Mainly because it is so bloody hot.

From the settings screen, you can set it to Auto, which will cool if the car is hot or heat if it's cold. I don't know the threshold but this is the default setting. They also have last setting so if you exited the car and it was on 68 when you remote start it will cool it to 68.

Like @ShaggySS said, auto really does a great job at getting the car to a comfortable level, whether hot or cold. That too without having to blast the heat or AC at either temps.

just beware, you only have two back-to-back attempts before it demands that you take out it for a drive, and it will turn off/fail to start if the frunk is opened at any point. The car will usually run for 15 minutes, sometimes 20 in extreme temperatures. Best to plan your remote starts so that it is still running or turns off just as you hop in the vehicle.

Also, if you have a regular commute schedule, you can use departure times so that the car will automatically prep itself and the cabin for a comfortable drive. You won’t even need to use the remote start feature if your commuting schedules are regular and predictable.
