Remote start doesn't work

Does it work for everyone? It stopped for me today; it doesn't show any messages, only a red exclamation point in the triangle instead of the spinning fan icon. I cleared the app's cache, restarted the phone - didn't help. Really hope that it's some server or connection problem

There are occasional communication issues between the phone and the car. Wait a bit, or reboot the phone, or have a start to shutdown cycle on the car. I usually just wait it out when this happens with me.

Lock/ unlock still works, so the car can communicate, but can't start climate. Hopefully, the deep sleep overnight will cure it...

Too true, it’ll only do it once before a start/stop cycle is my experience.

Also, all works perfectly here in the good ol’ UK and so does pre-conditioning.

I drove every time before trying to start the car, and it didn't work.

Didn't work this morning after charging and still plugged in, but warmed up based on the departure time. Will see if it magically starts working in the afternoon when I leave the work.

I recall that I had this problem a few days ago, but it was solved by clearing the cache in the app (or at least after doing that), so I hope it's the app issue and not the car's. Next step - install the app on another phone and test from there, and if it does - reinstall it on the main phone (don't want to mess up PAAK, but it's too cold to leave without the remote start )

This happens to me occasionally. I don’t know why, but it resets after starting the car. No permanent solution yet. @Ford Motor Company any suggestions?

I've installed the app on another phone, but got the same result

Also, the cabin didn't warm up based on the scheduled departure time.
No error codes in ODBII from the car.

I suspect that something is glitching on the servers. @Ford Motor Company - please have someone reboot something
