yeah it looks like I'm getting the tesla unit. I'd just as soon not have anything affiliated with elmo.

Arrived this morning. Left side of pic is adapter received in June. Based on the numbering, I'll assume both supplied by Tesla. Original weighs 776 gm. Replacement 771 gm.

Nice. The new one was serialized on October 7. Interesting that there is a 5 gram variance and that it’s lighter. ??

Received email on the 15th. Tracking number was valid on the 17th when it actually shipped.

Just for another data point, I received the "shipped" email on Friday but I still can't see any tracking info on the Fedex site.

same here, the info on fedex shows label "created" so I'm guessing they haven't actually been picked up by fedex, expect it'll change today or tomorrow if my previous experience anything to go by

I guess I spoke too soon. The replacement adapter arrived just now! Kinda strange that Fedex still doesn't show any tracking information, but whatever.

I'm in the same boat, no label created or anything anymore on the FedEx site. Maybe the package will arrive before tracking like others though.

Well, the tracking link from Ford still doesn't work, but I just got an email from FedEx saying I have a package arriving tomorrow from Dearborn, MI.

on the fedex app, mine went from "label created" to "to be delivered tomorrow" (so I'll know by the end of the day today.
