Rinse less car washing

I am a huge fan of rinseless washes. I have rinseless washed my wife's 2022 GTPE every week for the past 3 years and you will not find a single scratch on it. My current favorite rinseless wash is Armour Detail Supply Hero - cleans well, lots of slickness, and smells great.

The key to scratch-free rinseless washing is to pretreat the dirtiest areas by first spraying on the rinseless wash solution on the panel, let it dwell for 30-60 seconds and then clean off the panel with rinseless wash.

Rinseless washing saves a ton of time and water. I can wash her car with no more than 4-5 gallons of water total.

^ Same. I use Absolute rinse less with a gallon or two of distilled water and the “Garry Dean Method” specifically. Google will explain it better. Life changer with some good but cheap microfiber towels, like the green and purple ones at harbor freight. I use this method 90% of the time as it works amazing and is a nice way to clean my car in the garage aka out of my windy and sunny driveway.

I had ceramic protection done professionally when I first got the car that included some clear film protection in the front. The installer recommended to do rinse free wash once per week (been using Chemical Guys brand) and use Xpel Ceramic Booster once per month and take it back to the installer to do a professional refresh once per year. I wash it when there is no direct sun on the car and I do one section at the time (wash and dry). I usually do the car in 5 sections. I have not noticed any surface scratches like those that you get from a car wash. Lastly I have never had my car muddy or with any caked on layer of dirt, but if I did I would spray it off with a hose first.

Thought I would share: these brushes on Amazon work fantastic for cleaning the inside barrels of our wheels. Especially with the small clearance around the brakes. Plus the heads are removable and can be washed with the rest of my towels. Less than $17 for the handle and 3 heads.
