I've had my MME now for 3 1/2 weeks and am generally very pleased. I no longer have hair (see Jean Luc Piccard for star trek fans) and although the roof glass is good at keeping heat out, I suspect some UV is getting through. My scalp feels "prickly" like a sunburn after even short drives if the sun is overhead. Now, none of us want a melanoma.....so I have started using those electrostatic window shades you get for kids and they stick nicely to the glass above and leave no marks. Keeps the sun off the head and they are easily repositioned. Just throwing it out there. Oh.........you can also wear a hat.

Has anyone considered window tinting the roof to decrease the heat? I don't have my MME yet (whole other story) but it was something I was thinking about if gets too bad in the summer months....

I am more of a Chevy Chase hair style

I was hoping they would come out with a more elegant third party solution soon (like a shade that attaches via suction cups and that you can pull forward and back as needed).

Side note but I think it's criminal that a full open/close sunroof wasn't included (or at the very least one where the front half of the sunroof opens up)
