Seat Heater Memory Setting

For the seat heater setting, is there a way to make it stay at heat level 1 (low)? When I remote start the car now that it is cold, it often turns the seat heater and steering wheel heater on. The seat heater is nice, but way too hot for me when in the highest setting. I just want it to stay at Low, if it turns on automatically for a remote start. I tried saving the seat position, associated with my fob again, but the seat heats to the highest setting still. I also turned the Auto setting for the Climate Control to the lowest level, still same results.
