Second Stop Safely Now/Full Accessory Power

I have had a second incident where my 21 MME Premium outside in below freezing temps and I when I went out to start it I get alternating Stop Safely Now and Full Accessory Power errors and the vehicle won't drive or go into gear.

The first time this happened it was a U02?? code and there was a TSB that covered it where they had to reprogram several different modules. Now it has happened again (on the very next time the car was parked in the cold). Between these two incidents, I did get a brand new 12V installed at the dealer.

I am a little frustrated, but I do like the car and I love a good puzzle, so there's that.

Anyone have any suggestions as to what is going on and what can be done.

I'm experiencing much the same; 21 MME4 Premium - no mechanical problems until today. Car parked outside last night - temps in teens - charged to 90%. Was headed on a longish trip (Baltimore to IAD and back) and so started at 6 am to charge to 100%, got charge fault. Went out to car - doors worked, etc. but car could only go into accessory mode. Got Stop Safely Now and battery red warning lights. Now car in battery saver mode, LVB I presume dead or very low. Waiting on tow.
