Securialert notifications aren't notifying

Android 12. Securialert turned on. I see alerts if I am in the FordPass app. Otherwise, I have no idea that something was opened. I would like to get an audible, and a visible, notification.

FordPass notifications are on, and every notification is toggled on except for Paak foreground service.

Anyone get it to "alert" you when someone opens the doors/hoods/hatch?

I have an iPhone and Fordpass notifications of all kinds have never worked correctly. Whether securilert or anything else the notifications come in well after the fact. This has been a consistent failing point over twelve months and countless FP and iOS versions. Notification settings on my phone are correct so it appears to be a Ford problem. Just one of the frustrating inconsistencies ?‍

On my screen PAAK foreground service is enabled and LA365 or whatever is missing

Android 12 I get alerts but only if I open the app. If I dont open the app I dont get them. When I open the app they all pop up. I have battery restriction off, and allowed all notifications and non optimized cpu.

Android 11, have the same issue. No notification even if I open the app. I only know there are messages when I see the red popup bubble in-app.

It has been so for the last 2 months.

Same here. The latest android app update seemed to break notifications. The only one that still works is walk away lock
