Security cam picking up lights in parked Mach E

My security cam is picking up strange light glowing around the steering wheel of my Mach E while parked at night. It's not visible to the naked eye, and it doesn’t happen all the time.
has anyone else experienced this phenomenon?

What frustrates me is the "disable motion sensors" setting never seems to stick. I'll disable it and it stays for a week or so, but sooner or later they turn back on.

Ive seen mine light up once on camera, and it was due to an ota update taking place, but it also flashed the lights once or twice. I don’t remember which update.
