Sensitive FordPass screen - Be careful

Are you sure about that? I just tried it, and mine requires a press and hold to open the trunk just like the rest of the buttons. If you just tap the button, a message appears at the top that says “Press and Hold”.

I’m not sure about anything yet. All I know is I touched the screen and said oh s!!!. I went out to garage and saw the trunk open and pressing on garage door. I only have about 8” clearance. Unfortunately I can’t switch sides since the stinger is longer than the Mach e.

Is it possible you pressed and held it for a couple seconds? You should probably give it a try (with the garage door open) to make sure it’s working as intended. If not, it may be something you can get fixed.

The Mach e is my wife’s car. She had a ‘13 mini clubman. I don’t know if I would have traded the stinger. In my opinion we now have the best of both worlds.

Yeah the Stinger was excellent, sold it in January for a surprisingly good amount when we didn't need a second car for a while.
Now excited to have the Mach E! The tech, power, and Mustang badge drew me to it (first car was a Mustang).
It's funny, I feel like the Stinger and Mach E are similar in some regards...similar power, great looks, and people go out of their way to ask you about it when out in public haha
