Settings not being saved

I have a '24 Premium model about one month old. I have two profiles set up with all custom settings. However, the only settings that are failing to be saved every time they are set are the Audio tone settings. Start up the car, the EQ is set to all standard level settings. I adjust them while I am logged into my profile, press the driver # door on the driver side door even, turn off the car, have waited up to 10min/overnight/etc, start up the car again in my profile and the settings revert back to the unsaved settings. Any idea how to fix? Hoping to get answers here before having to spend an hour at dealership getting nowhere. Pretty annoying.

This has been true for many people on Reddit, various Facebook groups, and here.

I have the same problem on my 2024 Mach-E Rally. Equalizer settings will not save. They remain for the current drive, but the next time you start yours Mach-E they revert to default. Strangely, the Beosonic setting will save.

I have the same Issue , I've been resetting the audio sound controls ever time I restart to drive . I've done all the stupid human reset tricks , But turn the car off and off and the auto setting you just reset to your liking is now back to the factory settings ? This smells like early TESLA ISSuES . Get it together FORD! VIN# 3FMTK3SU3RMA06745

Likewise, I've reset the profiles, sreet them inside the garage and outside (thinking better connection to ford gps), tried changing the setting with no profile selected, etc, etc. Nothing...
