Settings Not Holding

I purchased about a month ago and I'm having the same issue. Does anyone know if that OTA download happened yet? I checked and don't have any pending updates.

Nothing for me yet and I contacted Ford support ZERO help

Have same issue with ambient light.

Big thanks for @markboris. Got a fix for an ambient light that won’t stay the selected color and keeps the default color each time the car turns on.
