Side mirrors stopped auto folding, 2021 premium

I turn auto fold mirrors off during the winter and turn it back on in the spring and never had a problem until now. They will auto fold once after locking but not open back up and wont auto fold after that I have to manually do it so the mirror fold button works. Not a big deal, hopefully the issue is software related.

Try pulling the 12v negative terminal for a couple minutes, sounds like software if the button works. This forces the modules in the car to reboot.

Fear of this is why my folding mirror setting is always turned off. I guess I'm lucky to never park where I need the extra few inches of clearance.
