I received 6.2.0 on my 2022 Premium yesterday, which is described as primarily affecting the display screen formatting & making it easier to orally provide feedback to Ford with an icon on the App screen. But the only ymthing I actually noticed after the update was that my exterior mirrors no longer open & close automatically when unlocking or locking the car. The manual button on the driver's door works just fine (thankfully). Owner's manual doesnt say anything about how to restore this setting. Any ideas, short of calling Ford or my dealer? I don't plan to record & send feedback until I figure it out!

After the update it got turned off in settings somehow. Trying to remember but I think it's under vehicle, mirrors. I turned it back on and now works like it did previously.

It's in the vehicle settings. Mine was reset to not fold for this update and I had to manually press the door button the first time and then realized it was not enabled when I parked and pressed lock and nothing happened. Usually the mirrors not folding was my indicator that I didn't close the door (or a door, usually a back seat passenger) fully but not this time.

I had this same issue as well, just had to turn it back on in settings. For me, the update also turn off the rear view camera delay setting, had to turn that back on as well.

Happily or unhappily Ford hears complaints and makes changes. To turn mirrors back on go to Vehicles - Mirrors - Autofold. 6.2.0 also turned off - Check Rear Seats - I turned that back on also. Some go wild when their MME makes a noise for a reminder and then complain that it didn’t warn or remind them of something else. They might want to make a list of what settings they change. I like my setting and I’m not overly interested if others think they are dumb.

i had the same issue after 6.2, good thing that I read this post and reenabled folding mirrors. My fordpass app is now showing that the car is parked two streets behind my house so not sure if the Nav settings got impacted by 6.2. Has anyone else noticed this after the update?

Also had to toggle my mirrors back on after this update. It could be unrelated, but I am having issues with my user profile loading now too. For some reason it's no longer linked to my phone. Will have to rest and start over when I have time.

LOL this update just installed for me last night. Same non-folding issue. I didn’t have time before work to re-set the setting, so the Dumbo ears are out right now in the parking lot. ?‍♂?

Good afternoon! If you're still experiencing this concern, please send us a DM with your VIN and Ford dealer info.
