I have a 2021 MachE premium ER AWD. One of the first, ordered it November 18,2019 and picked it up February 2021. I never had a successful update. Always had to go to the dealer. Last round they updated it with Bluecruise and also fixed the issue so that I should be able to get updates.
Last Monday I had an appointment to get the recall update done for the battery connector issue. Before I went to the dealer, I noticed the car had downloaded an update. Since I was going to the dealer, I did not install it figure they would do it. When I picked up the car after they did the recall update, I noticed the update was still there ready to install. At night I hit install, it ran thought emotion of updating but then eventually failed.
My question is, did it fail because the dealership updated the car already or is the car still having issues updating.
