Hey everyone,

I purchased a used 2024 Mach E GT with 2200 miles two weeks ago and have been driving it on the highway this past week.
Started noticing this rhythmic sound with some vibrations any time I turned my steering wheel slightly left or more. Turning slight right or straight on the car is quiet as I think it should be.
I have attached some recordings of the sound where you can kind of hear it. I asked some coworkers who also have Mach Es and they said it didn't sound normal.
Dropped it off at the dealer this morning but haven't heard from them yet. I am hoping someone might have insight on what I am dealing with so I know what to expect. My VIN didn't bring up any recall or customer satisfaction hits.
Also, wife says there is a strange smell after I get home from work coming from the car, she describes it as "electric", it does smell maybe a little metallic.

Did you happen to confirm tire pressures are ok? Check/compare the wear pattern on the both fronts (although those few miles might not show much)? I would probably do a full tire rotation and retest. Easy, cheap step to rule out a tire issue. Good luck.

Update
Dealership determined this was an issue with the front wheel bearing. Part will come in Monday and be fixed. Covered under warranty. Hopefully this helps anyone experiencing a similar issue.
