I thought the display of 12v charge that appeared in the web portal was great, but it went away same day...

I can still get it to show up if I start at the vehicle dashboard, tap “Status” in the “Reservations and Orders” box, the tap the left arrow where it says “Account”.

Interesting.

They are clearly playing with things. On my PC, when I log in 1/2 the page is blank.

The other day I could see it on the web portal, but not now. But if I log in on my phone, then yes I can see it. On the web portal on my PC it shows as mileage, i.e. 223 miles (which is the 90% charge). On the phone it says 67%, which is reflecting the 12v battery.

I think it's blocked. Reads 43% on my phone, and 87% in CarScanner after charging with the Battery Tender.

Do a pull to refresh on FordPass first and then refresh the website a couple minutes later. Then the 12V % will be updated.

Mine still seems accurate. I drove a couple hundred miles yesterday and it’s showing 92%.

You're right, takes a while. I charged the car to 87% (per CarScanner), website says 79%...
