Sound when accelerating.

I have a 2021 premium mach e. I am at 34k miles give or take. When accelerating it sounds like grinding. Anyone has this issue. I don't think it's the breaks but not sure. Any help would be appreciated

Get your car to the dealer ASAP if you're still under warranty.

Have you cleaned your brakes lately. Possible build up of rust or contamination on the rotors and /or pads. I’d give them a good hard stop in neutral a couple times and see if the sound goes away.
