Speed display- funny

Took our dealer‘s test Mach-e out for a drive yesterday and had a great time. Loved all the features I read about in the drivers manual. As i sat at a stop light I noticed a fine print message below the drivers dis play of the speed. “Ground Speed” . As a retired pilot it cracked me up.

Ford has done this on the regular mustangs for a while. The Mustang was inspired by the P-51 Mustang and apparently the designers took cues from the aircraft. Still seems odd but they put it in the Mach E for some reason.
