Speed Limit Sign In IP

I've noticed that since the 21P22 the speed limit sign in the instrument panel is flashing 5 or 6 times, sometimes before and sometimes after a speed limit change. It's inconsistent but seems to happen more often at slower speed limits. Anyone else seeing this?

It flashes the speed limit sign if you are exceeding the speed limit tolerance you have set.

Yep, the old 69 year old brain got me again. I was looking for changes in the settings after the update and said, "Yeah, I should turn on that speed limit warning thingy." Just didn't make the connection.
