Starting car from phone

Whenever I go to start my MME from my phone it will automatically set it to "Guest" profile and not my own personalized one. Each time I get into the car I have to manually select my profile. How can I get it to go directly to my profile setting when starting from my phone?

Not sure but you can easily go to your settings by pushing the 1,2, or 3 button on the door that's related to your settings

I don't believe that is possible. The only workaround is to undo profiles.

The coping mechanism is to hit the selection button for your profile (screen or driver door) after you get in.

This frustrates me as well.

Thank you. Its so odd that it puts it under Guest even though it is started from my phone lol. I was hoping I wouldn't have to undo and redo a profile. How annoying.

You have your PaaK linked to your driving profile, right? I remote start mine pretty frequently and I haven't seen this issue. Another variation between cars?

Yes and I see this issue with every remote start.

I haven't tried on 1.7.1 yet.

Same here.
But not consistent. Back in the Spring....it was nearly every time I had to press the #1 profile on the door to set it back to my profile. Over time it became hit and miss. 50/50 I guess. Lately, it remembers who I am most times. Once or twice a week I have to press the profile button but most times it knows who I am finally.

How weird. Maybe it'll eventually do it automatically. I didn't want to have to undo and sync everything again.

Yes! My car also automatically started playing Pandora from my phone for the past week.
