I can't seem to find a post about this particular issue I am having in my Mach-E. So when the steering wheel is slightly moved as well as actually making a steering adjustment or turning in general, it will make an audible squeak noise. It is coming from inside the car somewhere between the steering wheel to where it connects down below. I have yet to tear into anything yet, but I have seen videos on youtube about other cars that have the issue and they pull off a panel etc., to access the column and apply WD40 and it stops.
Mine is similar where it sounds like something is rubbing whether it's a rubber seal etc. Has anyone else experienced this on their Mach-E? Thoughts to a possible fix?
Thanks.
