Still no cruise control

My 23 MME premium AWD has not had ACC or cruise control since March now my Blue Cruise subscription is expired. Dealership says part replacement is TBD. Thanks Ford Motor Company

That sucks. Have you called Ford (not the dealership) to open up a case with the BEV team? Call (800) 392-3673 and specifically ask to open a case with the BEV team. While they can't make parts materialize, my understanding from many on this forum is that they are often very helpful in getting resolution. @Ford Motor Company, can you offer any help?

The maps may be expired, but your BlueCruise subscription isn't. You should be able to see that expiration date online under Connected Services.
