Like the headline says got a bit of a nasty surprise while leaving work today. Had my MME heating up itself(outside -15c) and when I turned it on got those two warning signs straight away. Decided to see if it was just a software bug and turned it off. After that for the first two tries it wouldn’t even turn fully on, just got the notion to book a service straight away. Decided to turn it off once more and wait for a while.
Luckily the third time was the charm because then it turned on properly with out any alarms.
Got the warning some time ago that 12 battery has ran dry and the past couple of weeks it hasn’t been maintaining heat properly(just stops blowing any air at all) so my guess is the 12volt battery is really running on it’s last leg(3 year and 115thousand kilometres in the odo so far). Unfortunately my obd-reader decided to break down so I can’t check the troublecodes it has in store.
Could somebody who has access check if there’s any more info availeable? Vin:WF0TK1EM7MMA30961
