I get free level 2 charging at my office so that's where I do 95% of my charging. It charged Monday for a little over four hours and then all of a sudden stopped. There was no fault message. I hook it up again on Tuesday and it looked fine for 90 seconds, then stopped again. I tried 3 different chargers including a fast charger on my way home and no luck at any. The charging ring goes from blue to white, never the orange. Any one else experience this? I had to take it to the dealer and they don't seem to know what's going on after having it for 24 hours.

What percentage did the charging stop at?

Send me your VIN, overheating is my guess but I can check.

EDIT: Cause is the J1772 not fully latching.

Thank you for checking!

You have a P0D56:24 code, so the J1772 might not be clicking in all the way. Check for debris. Verify the charge port locking pin is fully retracted and not damaged per this:

https://www.macheforum.com/site/thr...icator-in-the-ipc-and-or-multiple-dtcs.21850/

And then read my TSB about P0D56 codes:

https://www.macheforum.com/site/thr...ssage-p0d56-code-and-12v-battery-drain.23525/

FYI the red flashing charge fault won't occur until 30 seconds after the connection, so you probably didn't see it.

Looking further back there was a P0D80 code on Nov 3rd, this means the EVSE did not send AC power when the car requested it. This was likely caused by a faulty EVSE.
