Streaks on drivers side window

Ok-this sounds like a dumb question but it's annoying me. I am getting a bunch of thin white streaks on my drivers side window. Nada on the passengers side. It's not a huge deal-just annoying. I know, I know-wipe them off. Only issue is I switch between ac and open window a lot so they are ALWAYS there. SMDH- first world problems!!!

Try putting the window down and cleaning the rubber gasket that it slides down through. There's probably some dust or something on it that gets deposited on the window when it stops midway.
