I have my grill decal in hand, have read the instructions and obtained clarifying information from the vendor. They tell this is a dry install item and is Avery 1105 laminated paper. They recommend starting from the middle and using knifeless tape along the edges. Obviously the pony is an issue in starting from the middle. My plan is to trace the pony and cut that out of the decal in the appropriate middle spot. Apply the knifeless tape along the edges, then dry apply the decal, squeegee out bubbles and cut edges using the tape. Does anyone who has installed this product (or had it installed) have any helpful suggestions or things not to do? I am pretty good with my hands but this will be a first time application for me. I intend to practice with knifeless tape on some decal scraps first. The decal will be applied over PPF. Thanks for any help!
