I've just learned of "Elli" by VW which you can subscribe to monthly (£13.99) and you will pay only 0.44/kWh on IONITY, Audi Charging Hub, Ewiva and Aral Pulse.

so far I only know the one above, BP Pulse £0.69 with subscription and IONITY Passport (£10.99) which gives you 0.18p/kWh discount on their own network.

are there subscriptions that decrease public charging costs?

Don't think I will be subbing to any but just good to have the info on hand.

thx

Subscriptions will get you the lowest cost. Besides the free kWh from Ford, that’s the only way I know.

I asked my question wrong sorry. What I meant to say was, are there any other subscriptions that reduce the public charging costs.

Also, what are the free kWh from Ford? My dealer didn't mention anything. (Unless you mean full charge when car is picked up).

Thx

Ford gave me 250 kWh on the BlueOval charge network when I bought my ‘23 Premium (USA). Not sure if that is offered in other regions. Subscriptions are the key if you use L3 charging often. Fortunate to have L2 at home, so don’t need L3 very often.

The octopus card gives reduced costs at some chargers in the UK. I have started using available Tesla chargers when in trips there are more & more becoming available to non Tesla owners & they are considering cheaper. Some on the new Tesla mk 4 charger units have contactless payment available if not get the Tesla app

Ford Blue Oval network offers the best pricing:
Ford Blue Oval network can be cancelled anytime with a pro-rated refund, so it's a £12.5/month subscription giving you 37.34p/kWh discount (i.e. 36.66p/kWh cost)

The base Electroverse prices are available on their map at electroverse.octopus.energy
Electroverse customers pay 66p/kWh at Ionity
An additional 5% discount for Octopus Go customers (63p/kWh)
An additional 8% discount for Intelligent Octopus cusomters(61p/kWh)

DM me if you need a referral code for Octopus (£50 credit) or Electroverse (£15 credit)
