Sync favourites gone

My favourite in the nav and sound system are wiped away.
I was out and got back into
My car my xm favs gone. I tapped “home” on the nav and it’s gone. Any reason why the reset? No OTA to report

Presets are tied to profiles, check to see if the profile that you originally used to setup your favorites is still the active one.
