Alexa gone from Sync screen?

A month ago I had an Alexa icon on the Sync screen and today it was gone. Has Ford dropped the service?

Go to the Settings section and it’s down at the bottom on the left side , you probably gotta relink it with your Amazon account again, I had to do that a couple days ago. I think an update made it need to be reauthorized. My subscription and all that was still in tact.

Yep....This. I had to reauthenticate with Amazon, and its working again.
