Sync Voice Commands Tips

The one thing that really irritates me about Sync 4A is how you have to basically use the voice commands to do anything while you are driving. Does anyone have any tips on how to make it more usable? If I want to add a stop at a specific restaurant ill say find <restaurant name> and it just cant find it. Its very hit or miss with other commands as well.
