This is false, the car's nav to DCFC does in-fact precondition the battery.

Can you point to a reference that confirms this? I'd love to know where I can find that since I've not seen any indication that the car was doing anything on any of the displays.

Only recently like as of the day you said this, and it was just confirmed today haha

The vehicle's activity when navigating to a DCFC w/ built in nav. It begins to heat the batt. You can check this with forscan and other tools that can read PIDs

Ah, ok, so nothing visible on the standard screens. I will have to see if there's something visible on CarScanner next time I do this.
